Achieved results

  • Increased skin elasticity
  • Wrinkle reduction
  • Lifting effect

  • Cellulite reduction
  • Slimming effect
  • Firming effect

With RF therapy, visible results are obtained from the first sessions and the progress achieved is stable over time. Through the contact electrodes, this equipment generates an electromagnetic field that penetrates the skin tissues, developing an endogenous heat that locally increases circulation and metabolism and thus stimulates the regeneration of the tissues themselves. The biological effect produced in both the superficial and deep dermis is the denaturation of the collagen fibres and the stimulation of the activity of the fibroblasts, resulting in a visible lifting effect.

First of all, the appropriate plate must be screwed to the handpiece according to the part of the body targeted for the treatment. Then put the gel on the conductive plate by positioning it opposite the area to be treated and spread the conductive gel abundantly on the area where you want to carry out the treatment. After programming the equipment and adjusting the power, circular and horizontal passages are performed using the handpiece with pressure on the affected area. In this phase the client will feel a sensation of intense heat and an increase in blood circulation. Finally, the treatment ends with a 10-minute manual massage.

Energy is generated at cellular level in the epidermis until it reaches the muscle cells and the alternation of the electromagnetic field causes the temperature to rise deep in the tissues.

What is the difference between resistive-capacitive radiofrequency and capacitive radiofrequency?

The difference consists in the way in which the waves produced by the handpiece are conveyed inside the tissues. In the resistive method, the underlying physical principle is the ionization of the molecules, while in the capacitive method it is polarization. Resistive transmission occurs with non-insulated electrodes and is effective on resistant tissues with a low water content (tendons, cartilages, bones, etc.), while the capacitive transmission uses isolated electrodes and is effective on soft tissues with a rich water content (muscles, veno-lymphatic system, etc.).

Does it have any contraindications?

RF therapy on face or body, carried out not following the protocol, can lead to skin burns, swelling and redness in the treated areas. Furthermore, it cannot be performed on clients with pacemakers, heart conditions, epilepsy, and pregnancy.

On which parts of the body is it most effective?

The results on the face are excellent from the first sessions, from the increase in skin elasticity to the reduction of wrinkles, passing through the lifting effect. Consequently, for the treatment of the face, it is a fundamental piece of equipment for a beauty centre. As for the body, however, the results are slightly lower due to the thickness of the adipose layer. If you want to deal more effectively with issues such as slimming and cellulite, it is better to turn to more specific equipment such as Fisikcelluderm and Sanysaun.
